Teaching Assistant - Part-time
Babington House are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant, preferably a HLTA, to help with After School Club and Extra-Curricular Clubs to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm within their role.
The successful candidate will need to work as part of a team, and engage/communicate with parents as and when required.

Preparatory HLTA - Full time
Babington House, having a two form entry throughout the Preparatory department, has the luxury of having many resources available for their teachers to use and enjoy, including an amazing team of Teaching Assistants. Teachers are encouraged to be creative with the resources to engage all learners.
We are looking for a full time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join us in September. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm within their role.
The successful candidate will also need to be able to work as part of a team, and engage and communicate with parents as and when required.

Human Resources Manager - Part-time
We are currently seeking a generalist HR Manager to join our professional and friendly team at Babington to start as soon as possible.
Hours: Part time – 24 hours per week term time plus 4 weeks in school holidays
Salary: Competitive OTE
Reporting directly to the Headmaster, you will be responsible for advising on day to day HR matters as well as responsible for all HR processes and procedures such as contracts, recruitment and staff appraisals.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Strong management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to run processes such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management etc.
- A proficient understanding of employee confidentiality and data protection (GDPR).
- Working knowledge of employment law.
- A degree or equivalent – CIPD level 5 qualified.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
Although not essential, experience within the education sector would be considered highly advantageous.
